About Us
The Pebbles is a typical Victorian house with high ceilings, good sized rooms.
It was built at the turn of the last century (1896), and was a family home for a well respected Head Master / Artist and his family. When they moved in the mid 50’s it was converted to a Guesthouse which we believe it has been since then.
Being situated in a quiet leafy avenue five minutes walk from the sea and town centre, we can guarantee free private off-road parking at both the front and back of the guest house. We also encourage guests to use the garden, which is a restful place and full of bloom in the spring and summer.
We are friendly to our guests whose busy schedules mean either very early starts or late arrivals. We offer a range of facilities to help including a service to book Taxi’s or local restaurants as well as offering (with advance notice) a lighter meal in our dining room
